Registration
Customers are not required to register to order Ph@ Daddy's products. The only required information to place an order is your name, address, email address, phone number, and payment information. Your email address will only be used to send order and shipping confirmations.
All information that is entered is the sole ownership of Ph@ Daddy's Products, and will not be sold or distributed, and is only used to process orders and to follow up with customers.
Customers acknowledge that follow up phone calls can be made by company or third-party representatives, as well as an automated service.

Terms of Sale and Orders
When you place an order, we will request certain details so that we may process your order quickly and efficiently. In addition to your name, address, email address, and phone number, we will also need your payment information, such as a credit card or debit card number. Your contact details will only be used in case there is a problem with your order or if any other important information that we need to relay to you comes up.

Outside shipping companies are used to deliver your orders, such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. An outside credit card processing company is used to process your payment information for goods and services. These third-party companies do not share or sell your private information, and are only allowed to use your private information to process and ship orders.

In addition, if you feel you would like to receive promotional material or marketing material after already opting out, you may email customer support and indicate that you would like to do so.
